At TyTrust, we collect only the minimum necessary details to provide our review-drafting and QR collection service. This includes merchant business profiles, custom Google maps locations, and customer experiences input through tags or speech transcripts. We do not store full user identities or profile details of reviews creators.

2. Processing of Voice and Audio Inputs

For users subscribing to the Premium Voice or Ultimate Voice plans, customers can record their experience using the browser microphone. Audio is processed client-side or sent securely to AI transcription API services. We do NOT retain, share, or train AI models on your customer voice recordings or transcribed texts. Audio data is deleted immediately after the transcription is generated.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use basic cookies to keep track of merchant dashboard sessions, active review profiles, and scan counts to generate performance reports. We do not share cookie data with third-party advertisers.

4. Google-Safe Compliance

TyTrust strictly operates as an assistant. We do not manipulate review ratings, gate negative feedback, or auto-post reviews to Google on behalf of the customer. Customers remain in complete control, editing and posting reviews manually. This structure is designed to adhere completely with Google's maps contributions guidelines.
